END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
1. LICENSE OWNER
The person or organization who has the right to use the defined modules and programs of the company software for the scope and duration specified in the license certificate.
2. COMPANY
INOSAS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is the owner of "GOO" brand and "GOO" brand products.
3. COMPANY SOFTWARE
Software named "GOO IT Service Manager" developed and presented by the company and licensed to licensee under this scope.
4. LICENSED SOFTWARE
Company software specified in this contract and given the right to use.
5. FREEMIUM VERSION
The version of the company software, defined as 'Not For Resale - non-resaleable', for non-professional use or for educational use.
In accordance with the rules set forth in the 'End User License Agreement', the right that regulates the use of the licensed software by the user within the period specified in the license certificate is defined as license.
GOO IT Service Manager freemium version gives 3 user licenses concurrently annually. The duration of the granted license is one year after the consent of the contractor. The company decides whether this license is renewed or not renewed.
GOO IT Service Manager freemium version can be considered as a trial version. The trial version is a restricted version of the software, reduced in number of licensed users using concurrent use with reduced functionality, which can be used over a period of time. The Company may terminate the licenses granted to the User at any time.
6. LICENSE CERTIFICATE
The 'End User Agreement' is a certificate prepared and issued by the company that is issued for a specific licensee and gives the licensee the right to use it.
The license certificate can be canceled or deactivated as desired by the company. For annual licensing and concurrent licensing features, see the 'FREEMIUM VERSION' section.
License certificates issued by the company cannot be transferred to other persons, companies or users. The license for licensed use is granted solely for the licensee's own use. Licensee shall not transfer any rights or duties arising out of licenses to any other person and shall not rent or sell the licensed product or license to any other person.
At the end of the license certificate, the user can renew or upgrade the license using the 'GOO IT Service Manager' portal according to the terms of the end user contracts, in accordance with the rules set by the company.
The end-user does not have the right to change the material in the 'End User Agreement' and interpret it. If the rights are changed and implemented, the company has no responsibility.
7. SOFTWARE SUPPORT
The software 'GOO IT Service Manager' is defined by the standard delivery conditions specified by the company. The company does not provide any support for the freemium version of the software. There is no software support in the freemium version of the software.
8. INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS UNDER THE LICENSED SOFTWARE
Licensee may not reverse engineer, access the source code and modify the source code on the licensed software, or perform the source code fragmentation.
If Licensee is aware of the infringement of the licensed software and the company, he assumes the obligation to notify the company and to provide the necessary support for the claim against the infringement of rights.
The Licensed User does not have the rights to reproduce, copy and backup the licensed software.
9. GUARANTEES
The Company assumes no responsibility for the incompatibility of the software with other software in the IT environment, the incompatibility between the hardware used by the licensed user and the licensed software. Due to the difficulty of testing and monitoring all potential uses of the licensed software, and because the items and objects in the environment in which the licensed software is being used are subject to continual improvement, the software company cannot guarantee that the licensed software will work properly in all environments. In these cases, the company will not be responsible.
Licensed users benefit from versions automatically updated on behalf of the licensed software.
10. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of the third party or licensed software provided by the licensee as a result of the use of the licensed software in accordance with the contents of the license concerned (tax penalty or other debts to administrative authorities, loss of profits, loss of business relationships and loss of data or corruption).
11. PERSONEL INFORMATION SECURITY
The information shared by the licensee during registration will be protected by the company on the basis of the principles of information security ethics.
The Company has the right to send promotional messages, information messages and mailings for marketing activities such as sending mail, sending SMS by using the information such as phone number, e-mail address given by the licensee.
